Endress+Hauser at ILMAC Basel 2025

Endress+Hauser will be exhibiting at ILMAC Basel, Switzerland’s leading trade fair for chemistry and life sciences, from 16 to 18 September 2025. Under the theme “Mastering challenges with efficient processes”, the company will demonstrate how modern measurement technology, digital solutions and industry-specific services make the process industry safer and more efficient.

Real-time analytics for PAT and quality assurance
Endress+Hauser Raman analyzers provide accurate in-situ data on chemical composition – directly in the process, without contact and in real time. They enable deep insights into complex biotechnological processes, from cell cultures to product purification, and are also suitable for single-use systems. The compact, robust systems support PAT strategies and quality-by-design concepts through continuous quality monitoring – scalable from the laboratory to production.
Compact measurement technology for the highest demands
The Compact Line is a product family that has been specially developed for hygienic applications in the life sciences and food & beverage industries. The devices for pressure, level and point level detection impress with their compact design, small process connections and high measurement performance.
Thanks to their 360-degree hygienic design, intuitive touch display and robust stainless steel construction, they enable easy cleaning, reduce downtime and increase process reliability – ideal for demanding applications in strictly regulated environments.
Digitization directly at the sensor
Memosens 2.0 is the next generation of a technology that has been proven millions of times over for digital, contactless signal transmission. The intelligent sensor platform stores all relevant measurement and diagnostic data directly in the sensor head, enabling precise condition analysis and predictive maintenance. Memosens 2.0 combines maximum measurement reliability with practical handling and is fully backward compatible for greater efficiency and transparency in demanding processes.
Temperature measurement without interrupting the process
With the iTHERM SurfaceLine TM611, Endress+Hauser introduces a non-invasive thermometer that measures the process temperature directly on the pipe wall – without penetration and thus without the risk of leaks or flow disturbances.
Thanks to a specially designed thermal coupling element and an RTD/TC sensor with low thermal mass, the device achieves a measurement accuracy and response time comparable to invasive methods. The innovative design increases safety for personnel and equipment, reduces maintenance costs and enables reliable temperature measurement in demanding industrial applications.
