サーモウェルについて
サーモウェルは温度計の接液部であり、温度計を測定物内に直接設置できない場合に高圧、高流速、高腐食性などの過酷なプロセス条件から温度センサを保護します。また、サーモウェルにより、プロセスの中断なしに測定インサートを交換できます。基本的に、サーモウェルは溶接チューブから成る保護管と金属棒材を加工したサーモウェルに分けることができます。

Our service offering
Endress+Hauser supports you in selecting, configuring and ordering the suitable thermowell for your process conditions and specifications.
1. Ordering options
- Thermometer and suitable thermowell are supplied as a pre-assembled single unit under one ordering code.
- Thermometer and thermowell are supplied as two units with separate ordering codes. This option can be used in project business with external plant builders, thanks to the flexibility of installing the units at different times / locations.
- Thermowell as a stand-alone device, e.g. as a spare part or retrofit.
2. Simple and comprehensive product configuration according to specifications (thermowell standards, thermometer connection, process connection, tip shape, dimensions…)
3. Thermowell sizing / strength calculation ensures the structural integrity of the thermowell and its ability to withstand the specified process conditions. This calculation takes into account the material properties and geometric dimensions of the thermowell, as well as the process conditions. A successful calculation verifies that the thermowell is safe and suitable for use in the intended application.
