アプリケーション
GM700レーザーガス分析計の最も重要な特長は、優れた信頼性と精度および非常に短い応答時間です。GM700は、TDLS（波長可変半導体レーザー吸光分光法）の測定原理に基づいて、特定波長の光の吸収によりNH3、HF、HCl、H2Oなどのさまざまなガス成分を測定します。直接挿入式の測定は、ガス濃度を迅速に測定できるため、プロセス制御や排出ガスの監視に特に適しています。
